WASHINGTON, DC — Muzaffar Chishti, a senior fellow at the Migration Policy Institute, was honored today by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) with an Outstanding Americans by Choice recognition presented by USCIS Director Ur M. Jaddou.
